When we started our consulting work, we realized that many promising permaculture projects lack resources. Hence, we have now founded the Edhen Association, a non-profit platform for sharing knowledge and resources. The Association is active both in Switzerland & internationally.

Article 1 NAME
An association within the meaning of Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code (“CC”) is hereby created under the name “Edhen Association” (hereafter, the Association).
Article 2 SEAT
The Association’s seat is in the Canton of Geneva. The Association is active both in Switzerland and internationally.
Article 3 PURPOSE
The Association facilitates collaboration – to co-develop regenerative projects, knowledge and farms.
To improve lives – by restoring landscapes, food-security, biodiversity and climate-resiliency. And by fostering trusted partnerships, to have the most efficient and sustainable impact.
The Association is dedicated to the three permaculture ethics: earth care, people care and fair share. Hence, only projects that benefit people and planet are supported.
The Association has no profit purposes. The association is politically and religiously independent.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Private individuals and associations can become members for a yearly fee of CHF 50 and companies for CHF 100.

Sous la dénomination de «Edhen Association» (ci-après l’Association), est constituée une association de droit privé au sens des articles 60 et suivants du Code civil suisse («CC»).
Article 1 SIEGE
L’Association a son siège dans le canton de Genève. L’association est active tant en Suisse qu’à l’étranger.
Article 3 BUT
L’association vise à faciliter la collaboration pour – élaborer des projets en développement durable, échanger des connaissances, et créer des fermes écologiques.
L’association vise à améliorer la vie en général – en restaurant les paysages, la sécurité alimentaire, la biodiversité et la résilience climatique. Ceci en développant des partenariats de confiance, pour avoir l’impact le plus efficace et le plus durable.
L’association s’attache à appliquer les trois principes éthiques de la permaculture: le soin à la terre, le soin aux humains et le partage équitable. Par conséquent, seuls les projets qui profitent aux hommes et à la planète sont soutenus.
L’association n’a pas de but lucratif. L’association est politiquement et religieusement indépendante.
COTISATIONS
Les personnes privées et les associations peuvent devenir membres pour une cotisation annuelle de 50 CHF et les entreprises pour 100 CHF.
